TeamWave is software for organizing sports teams, leagues, and activity programs: schedules, rosters, messaging, scores, and fee tracking. Organizations use TeamWave to run their own programs; we are not a party to the relationship between an organization and its members.
You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you add. Organizers must have the authority (and any required parental consent) to add player information to their rosters. Accounts may be removed for abuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Organizations that collect fees through TeamWave are the merchants of record for their own transactions — funds flow directly from payers to the organization's Stripe account. TeamWave charges a platform fee on processed payments, disclosed at setup. Refunds are issued by the organization, not by TeamWave. Fee records that organizers track manually (cash, Zelle, checks) are bookkeeping entries only.
Messages, photos, videos, and voice notes belong to the people who share them. By posting, you give TeamWave the limited right to store and deliver that content to your team. Chat media is automatically removed after 90 days — save anything you want to keep. Don't post unlawful content or content you don't have rights to share.
TeamWave is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the actions of organizations or members using the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
