Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026 · TeamWave is operated by Sark Labs LLC ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Account information — your name and email when you sign up (via email, Apple, or Google sign-in).
• Team & player information — rosters, schedules, scores, and RSVP responses entered by your team's organizers. Player profiles may include a name, birthdate, jersey number, and optional photo, added by the organizer or guardian.
• Messages & media — chat messages, photos, video clips, and voice notes you share with your team. Chat media is automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Payment records — dues and fee amounts, due dates, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Device information — a push notification token so we can deliver schedule reminders and messages.

How we use it

Solely to run TeamWave: showing schedules to the right families, delivering team messages and reminders, tracking dues, and keeping standings. We do not sell personal information, run ads, or share data with third parties for marketing.

Children

Player profiles are created and controlled by adult organizers and guardians. Rosters are invite-only: a parent can only be linked to a player by the organizer's invitation or a single-use claim code. Player contact details and addresses are visible only to the league owner — never to other parents, and not to coaches.

Service providers

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Expo — push notification delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing and payout accounts for team owners.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.

Retention & deletion

Chat photos, videos, and voice notes are deleted automatically after 90 days. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and, for league owners, the leagues and data you own. You can also email us to request deletion.
